CAPABILITIES — FAQ
Questions clients ask before mobilization
Clear, practical answers on scope, deliverables, site readiness, HSE expectations, and how we execute marine construction and engineering work in port, offshore, and Oil & Gas environments.
Q-01
How do we start a project engagement?
Start by sharing your project location, objectives, constraints, and target dates. We confirm requirements, request available drawings or survey data, and align on access, permits, and HSE. From there, we issue a defined scope, deliverables, schedule, and commercial terms for approval before mobilization.
Q-03
What information do you need for scoping?
To scope accurately, we typically need site coordinates, water depth/tide range, seabed information (if available), loads and functional requirements, existing asset details, and any standards you must follow. If information is limited, we can propose a site visit, survey, or phased approach to reduce risk early.
Q-05
Do you handle design, fabrication, and installation?
Yes—depending on project needs, we support engineering, procurement, fabrication, and marine installation for jetty works, hoist dock structures, and associated steelworks. We coordinate interfaces with client teams and third parties, and we document inspection, testing, and handover requirements throughout delivery.
Q-02
What industries and environments do you serve?
We support Marine, Offshore, and Oil & Gas clients, including ports, terminals, and nearshore facilities. Our teams are accustomed to working in live operational environments where access windows, marine traffic, and safety controls are critical to maintaining uptime and minimizing disruption.
Q-04
How do you manage safety and compliance onsite?
Safety is planned into the method from day one. We align on client HSE requirements, prepare task-based risk assessments and method statements, and conduct toolbox talks and permit-to-work coordination. Controls are reviewed continuously, especially when weather, tides, or site conditions change.
Q-06
How are timelines and changes handled?
We agree a baseline schedule with defined milestones, hold points, and required client inputs. If conditions or requirements change, we issue a documented variation describing the impact to scope, time, and cost for approval. This keeps decisions traceable and helps avoid delays during execution.
